The Suzuki Cappuccino
front view
In 1992 Suzuki Motor Corporation launched a remarkable sports car named Cappuccino. Originally planned and designed for the Japanese domestic market only, a few hundred of these two-seater cars found their way also to Europe, mainly the UK and Germany. With its tiny body dimensions and a small three cylinder engine it seems a bit like a downscaled roadster, but it provides great fun to drive. Through the low curb weight Cappuccino offers stunning driving performance.

X-Ray view
This is an X-Ray view. The roof is partially or fully removable in three pieces and can be stored in the luggage compartment. With a front mounted engine and rear wheel drive it is really not only a toy but also a genuine sports car.
The small displacement of only 660 cc was balanced out by a high-tech turbocharger and intercooler unit. Technical data:
  • 660 cc displacement
  • 64 hp @ 6500 rpm
  • 85 Nm @ 4000 rpm
  • curb weight 700 kg
  • max. speed 160 km/h (electronically limited)
